Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account details — email and sign-in data (handled by our identity provider, WorkOS), display name, state of residence.
- Identity verification — when you verify before a prize redemption: photos of your government ID, a selfie holding the ID, and two proofs of address. Your selfie and ID images are biometric-adjacent sensitive data; we collect them only with your consent and only for verification.
- Location — approximate location from your IP address to apply state eligibility rules.
- Play and transaction history — Gold Coin packages, Sweeps Coins issued and played, game rounds, redemptions, limits and self-exclusion settings.
- Tax details — for prize redemptions: legal name and the last 4 digits of your taxpayer ID (we never store a full SSN).
- Device and usage data — browser, device, and security logs used to prevent fraud and keep the service running.
Why we use it
- To run your account, games, promotions, and prize redemptions.
- To meet legal duties: age (21+) and identity checks, state eligibility, sanctions screening, tax reporting, and record keeping.
- To prevent fraud, multiple accounts, and abuse.
- To provide responsible-play tools and honor your limits and exclusions.
- To send service emails. Marketing email only with your consent; we never send marketing text messages.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us (hosting and storage on Cloudflare, sign-in by WorkOS, email by Resend, and — when added — identity, payment, and payout providers), each bound by contract to use the data only for our service. Authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing.
How long we keep it
- Identity documents: deleted within 30 days after your verification is approved; 90 days after a denial (to handle appeals).
- Transaction, prize, and tax records: as long as tax and sweepstakes law require (generally up to 7 years).
- Account data: while your account is open, then as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Email privacy@pinksplay.world; we respond within 45 days and you can appeal a decision by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, identity documents are stored privately and served only to you and authorized reviewers, and every reviewer access is logged.
Children
The service is for adults 21+ only. If we learn we have data from someone under 21, we close the account and delete the data.
