States
Sweepstakes play is state-by-state. You must be physically located in an SC-permitted state at entry, play, and redemption. Everywhere else is Gold Coin social play only — and Washington is excluded entirely.
SC play states (16)
Sweeps Coins play and prize redemptions are offered only in these states:
- AK
- AR
- CO
- GA
- KS
- MO
- NC
- ND
- NE
- NH
- NM
- OR
- SC
- SD
- TX
- WI
Everywhere else
- Gold Coin only — all states not listed above are GC-only: social play with Gold Coins, no SC play, no SC redemptions. Free SC cannot be claimed or used there.
- Washington excluded — Washington (WA) is excluded entirely: no SC play and no GC play, only informational pages.
- Marketing is geo-excluded — sweepstakes advertising and SC promotions are not shown or targeted to states where SC play is unavailable.
- Location is checked at entry, play, and redemption. Travel to an SC-permitted state does not make previously ineligible play eligible.
