Sponsor: PRH Services LLC d/b/a Pinks Play World, a Virginia limited liability company. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, including in all states not listed in Sec 3, and VOID IN WASHINGTON for all play.
1. Promotion periods; versioning
1.1 The sweepstakes runs in defined calendar-year promotion periods: Period: October 5, 2026 through December 31 of the same calendar year. Each period has its own versioned rules (v1.0 FINAL here). Rules cannot be changed mid-period except as required by law or regulator order.
1.2 Play the full slots lobby (including blackjack and blackjack-themed slots) with SC as entries. Odds/RTP are disclosed in game rules; SC playthrough does not change RTP.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age 21+ only, verified by database age/ID check before any SC credit; full Tier 2 KYC (government ID + selfie/liveness + residency verification + OFAC/PEP screening + W-9/TIN collection where thresholds apply) before first redemption.
2.2 SC-permitted states ONLY: AK, AR, CO, GA, KS, MO, NE, NH, NM, NC, ND, OR, SC, SD, TX, WI (our published state list). You must be both resident-verified in and physically located in one of these states at entry, play, and redemption. All other states + DC are GC-only (no SC). Washington is excluded entirely.
2.3 One account per person; employees/contractors as stated in-app; void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
3. Excluded states and geolocation
SC are VOID in: WA (all play excluded); CA, CT, DE, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, UT, VT, VA, WV, WY; and DC (all GC-only per our published state list). Geolocation at login and each SC session with VPN/proxy/emulator blocking is required; failed checks disable SC features. Any state may convert to GC-only on 24–72 hours' notice (see Terms Sec 15); affected users receive at least a 30-day redemption window for verified redeemable SC.
4. How to enter (all free methods; equal dignity)
4.1 Bonus with GC purchase (free). SC may be given free as a bonus with Gold Coin packages. SC are never sold; package UI leads with GC and labels SC "FREE bonus"; no $-to-SC conversion is shown.
4.2 Signup bonus. 2 SC free on verified account creation.
4.3 Daily/login and social drops. 1 SC free daily/login drop, subject to caps in Sec 7.
4.4 AMOE mail-in (free, no purchase). Hand-print on a 3"x5" card: full name, account email, account request code (generated in-app), and mailing address. Mail ONE request per envelope via first-class post to: Pinks Play World AMOE, PRH Services LLC, 117 Smithtown Road, Ashland, VA 23005. Each valid AMOE request awards 5 SC. Reasonable per-account daily and weekly request limits apply, as stated in-app. Requests processed within 10 business days; every AMOE is logged and reported to compliance monthly.
4.5 Equal dignity. SC from every source behave identically — same games, RTP, 1x playthrough, redemption rules, and caps. No purchase-only SC games. AMOE SC per request must be at least the SC bonus on the median GC package.
5. How to play SC; 1x playthrough
5.1 SC are played in sweepstakes games; each play is an entry. 1 SC = $1.00 prize value once redeemable.
5.2 1x playthrough: all SC (including AMOE and bonus SC) must be played at least once before becoming redeemable. "Unplayed" vs. "redeemable" SC are tracked separately. Minimal-play / rapid purchase-to-redeem cycling is monitored for abuse.
6. Redemption (prizes)
6.1 Minimum/caps. Minimum redemption: 25 SC, cash/bank only; no gift cards at launch. Daily/weekly/monthly caps and per-game maximum win as stated in-app. Per-period total prize caps apply per Sec 9.
6.2 Methods. ACH/bank transfer to a KYC-verified same-name bank account only. No gift cards at launch. No crypto redemptions at launch. No P2P transfers; payouts go to the verified winner only.
6.3 KYC gating. Full Tier 2 KYC (government ID + selfie/liveness), residency verification, OFAC/PEP screening, and (where the $2,000 threshold may be met) W-9/TIN collection must pass BEFORE first redemption; re-KYC on risk triggers. No redemption to unverified, other-name, or sanctioned accounts. Same-name payouts only. Processing times as stated in the Prize Redemption Policy.
6.4 Taxes. Prizes are taxable income to winners. Form 1099-MISC (Box 3, other income — not W-2G) is issued at the $2,000 threshold for the calendar year. Apply 24% backup withholding where no valid TIN is provided. Winners are solely responsible for federal/state reporting; state information-return/withholding rules.
7. Limits, abuse, and disqualification
Purchase limits (default + self-set), cooling-off, and self-exclusion apply per the Responsible Social Gameplay Policy. Fraud, multi-accounting, bots, collusion, VPN abuse, chargeback abuse, or structuring forfeit associated SC with written reasons and appeal (Terms Sec 7). Chargebacks suspend redemption pending review with bonus-SC reversal.
8. Forfeiture, expiry, and unclaimed property
8.1 Forfeiture only for fraud/ineligibility/material breach, with written reasons and a 30-day appeal; on voluntary or regulatory closure, redeemable KYC-verified SC are paid after the ≥30-day window; never forfeit for RG self-exclusion.
8.2 Expiry: SC expire after 12 months of inactivity, with 30-day and 7-day email notices before expiry. Approved-but-unpaid redemptions (failed ACH, uncashed checks) are tracked as potential unclaimed property; GC (no cash value) is expected exempt in most states; unredeemed SC is grey-zone — escheat memo required.
9. Odds, prizes, and prize protection
Total prizes per calendar-year period are subject to a per-period cap set by the Sponsor. Odds depend on play; RTP per game rules. Large jackpots covered by prize reserve and/or indemnity insurance. Sponsor contact for prize questions: legal@pinksplay.world.
10. General terms; publicity; winners list; disputes
10.1 Sponsor may void suspect entries, suspend play on technical/regulatory grounds, and correct errors; liability limited as in Terms Sec 10 to the extent permitted by law.
10.2 Publicity: winners-list publication and any marketing use of winner identity require separate opt-in consent, state-limited.
10.3 Winners list: to request the certified winners list (where filing applies) or the period winners summary, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to Pinks Play World AMOE, PRH Services LLC, 117 Smithtown Road, Ashland, VA 23005 within 60 days after period end, or email legal@pinksplay.world.
10.4 Disputes: follow the Complaints & Disputes Procedure, then Terms Sec 12 arbitration/class-waiver (AAA individual arbitration + class waiver + small-claims carve-out + 30-day opt-out; partial shield only; see Portugal v. High 5 counsel note). These Rules are governed by Virginia except where non-waivable law applies.
