Redemptions

Before you redeem

• Minimum 25 SC redeemable. Only played-through SC counts; unplayed SC cannot be redeemed.
• Cash to bank only. Bank transfer to a bank account in your own name. No gift cards, no crypto, no transfers to someone else.
• Verification (Tier 2) must pass before your first redemption — government ID, selfie check, residency, and screening. One verified account per person.
• Same-name accounts only. The bank account holder name must match the verified account holder name exactly.
• SC-permitted state. You must be physically located in an SC-permitted state at entry, play, and redemption. See States.

Timing and caps

• Target processing is 24–48 hours after approval; bank posting times vary by institution.
• Daily redemption caps apply and are shown on the prize redemptions page before you confirm.
• Requests may be held for review if verification, location, or fair-play checks need a second look. We will email you rather than leave you guessing.

Taxes

Prize redemptions are taxable income and the recipient is responsible for reporting them. Where annual redemptions reach $2,000 or more, we issue a Form 1099. This is general information, not tax advice — talk to a tax professional about your situation.

Identity verification

Complete verification in your account: choose your ID type, upload front and back photos of the ID (passports need the photo page only), a selfie holding the ID, and two proof-of-address documents such as a utility or phone bill, or a credit-card or bank statement. Approved documents are deleted within 30 days.
